Official Rules:

Tickets are 1 for $30 or 4 for $100. Maximum of 4100 tickets will be sold.

Prize recipient is responsible for all taxes, title and licenses of the winning value.

Tickets will be audited and accounted for by: Norine Childers E.A., Allen Park Business Services, Inc.

Winning ticket will be randomly drawn at the Cabelas in Allen Texas on July 4th 2013.

Winner need not be present to win.

No limitations on the number of tickets purchased.

Winner must take delivery of the vehicle within 30 days of raffle drawing.

Employees of Operation of Once in a Life Time are not eligible to participate.

Must be 18 years of age to win, hold a valid driver’s license, and applicable insurance.

Cost of the ticket is not tax-deductible.

The Military Humvee has a suggested donation value of $25,000.

Out of state winners are responsible for destination shipping and handling.

The suggested donation value will be used for IRS validation and federal income tax purposes.

Winner may not redeem a vehicle for cash or receive any cash due to different ranges of donation values.

Only on name may be stated on the raffle ticket.

Operation Once In a Lifetime and its members makes no warranty express or implied concerning the vehicle.

In accordance with IRS regulations, at the time of closing, winner is required to pay income tax equal to 25% of the value of the vehicle.

Payment will be made to Operation Once In a Lifetime. OOILT will remit this payment to the IRS on the winner’s behalf; along with the required form W-2G.

A copy of form W-2G will be furnished to the winner.
