Operation Once in a Lifetime surprises the daughter of a fallen soldier killed in Iraq!

Operation Once in a Lifetime surprised a young lady (Zoie Boatwright) whose dad was killed in Iraq when she was just 5 years old. She is now 19 years old, working and picking up extra shifts whenever she can but does not have a car to get to work and depends on others for rides.

A family friend, knowing she would never ask for help, reached out to us to see if we could help make a dream come true for an amazing young lady by helping her with a car, so she does not have to continue walking to work! Mission Accomplished!

A Korean War Veterans dream come true!

Operation Once in a Lifetime was contacted about a 92 year old Korean War Veteran (Tommy H. who was in the Army 1949-1952 then Air Force 1953-1973) who can only get around with the use of a walker.     His bedroom is upstairs but he is not able to able to get up the stairs due to his disabilities, so he had to put his bed in his garage because it’s the only room big enough downstairs that could fit a bed.

His wish in life was to be able to get a stairlift in his house in order to get to his bedroom and not sleep in the garage. He saved $1700 of the $3800 it costs to get a stairlift in his house but needed help with the remaining balance.

Thanks to Operation Once in a Lifetime we were able to come up with the remaining funds to help Tommy and make his dream come true!
